Boss ME-50

$199.00 Released September, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:User-adjustable noise gate can remove unwanted buzz caused by distortion and other effects. Integrates many existing Boss effects including Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo and Harmonist. Effect toggling is very simple - operated via a single dedicated knob.

The Cons:Limited number of outputs - no conducive to midi clock or looping applications. "Wah" effect tends to drop out when used in higher registers. Operating memory modes may be difficult - complicated interface.

The Boss ME-50 is a multi-effects pedal. This is similar to the Boss ME-25, but allows better control of the effects through a 3-section process with dedicated knobs for each section. This system does not, however, have a USB interface.
