$2,000.00
The Pros:Generally easy to use, neck is nice to work with. Electronics are solidly built, properly installed with no interference. Excellent resonance and sustain without additional patches.
The Cons:Some fret buzz is noticeable when playing hard. Some touchups to the varnish needed, depending on the unit.
Grammy winner John Mayer has teamed up with Fender for this must-have signature guitar. Its alder body is a wonderland, and the satin urethane-finish maple neck has a slightly larger C-shape topped by a buffed headstock with a vintage ?50s decal.
