Fender Frontman 15G

The Fender Frontman 15G is an ultra-small, entry-level guitar amp geared for beginner and professionals alike in need of a budget-friendly practice amp. As an upgrade from the 10G, the Frontman 15G is supposedly a lot louder and offers much better distortion.

This is due in part to a larger 1-8” Special Design speaker and an improved two-channel, 15W power handling. Plus it trades in a 1/8” auxiliary input for a auxiliary RCA input that can connect to a CD, tape, or drum machine. Expert reviewers praise the 15G (like its predecessor) for durability, but have noted the lack of precise effects and the lack of clean audio, though when the distortion is pumped up, it tends to sound beefy, which is good.
