The Cons:Doesn't have the same clarity of some higher end guitars. Pick guard color doesn't work with the body coloring.

The Sonoran SCE is an acoustic guitar from Fender's California Series and is an upgrade to the Sonoran S.  The guitar features Fender's single cutaway acoustic/electric dreadnought shape and has a stratocaster headstock.

  It is designed with a solid spruce top, laminated mahogany back and sides, and a rosewood bridge and fingerboard.  The Sonoran SCE includes vintage machine heads with white plastic buttons, a C-shaped neck, and white dot position inlays.  It also has a Fender FTE3-TN active onboard preamp with a built-in tuner.  The guitar has a suggested retail price of $480 and is available in a Firemist Silver, Lake Placid Blue, Candy Apple Red, Black, or Natural Gloss finish.
