Fender Standard Stratocaster

The Standard Stratocaster is an electric guitar from Fender, released in November 2008. This reproduction guitar offers the traditional Stratocaster tone and a classically styled body design. This guitar is comparable to the Standard Stratocaster HSS model, offering thee single-coil pickups instead of the humbucking pickup configuration found on the HSS model.

Other essential features on this guitar include a synchronized tremolo with a high-mass bridge block, shielded body cavities and medium jumbo frets. Extra touches found on the Standard Stratocaster include a tinted neck, a parchment pickguard and a ’70s-style “Fender” logo. A 5 position blade is included to facilitate selectable switching modes.
