The Vintage channel allows you to access the classic tones, whereas the Burn channel lets you access distortion. The birch/maple plywood construction of this head makes for a solid sound, clean or overdriven. The 3-button footswitch allows you to easily change from tone to tone. This head differs from the identically priced Super-Sonic Head in that this head lacks the dual cascading-gain preamp overdrive, but has ivory knobs instead of plain white knobs. The Fender Super-Sonic 60 Head has color options.
