Product Shot 2 Basically the StompBox allows musicians (and consumers) to connect an instrument to any iOS device (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) and use the peripheral as an effects board or "practice rig". The StompBox also includes what Griffin claims to be a "heavy duty" dock cable and a 1/4" mono jack for additional volume or sound effect pedals.

Bundled with the StompBox is a Griffin GuitarConnect cable which allows up to 3 simultaneous connections with a plethora of various devices including, but not limited to, a music instrument, headphones, an iOS device or an external sound system.
