IK iRig Mic

The IK iRig Mic is a microphone designed for use with portable devices, and comes with a custom app designed specifically for recording to an iPad, iPod or iPhone. The microphone pickup itself is a Condenser design with a unidirectional capsule aimed specifically at vocalists and musicians.

The dual mini-jack connector plugs directly into a standard 3.5 mm input port, and has an output port built in to allow for real-time monitoring of the recorded signal with a pair of headphones, a mixer or a PA. The micorphone is constructed with a rugged and durable metal housing sized and shaped for standard mic stands. Apps included are customized for different applications that signers and musicians might need, and the microphone can be freely used with other apps as well.
