Numark iDJ2

The Numark iDJ2 is a high-quality, two-channel DJ mixer that allows a DJ to play two tracks simultaneously from the same iPod. As an upgrade from the original iDJ (2005), the iDJ2, the iDJ2 supports Classic, Nano, and 5G iPods, while also allowing DJs to load audio from a USB drive or route external audio through the dual-line and phono inputs on the back.

Featured also is an LCD display for track-profiling and waveform display; scratch, pitch, loop and cue controls; and support for MP3, OGG, and AAC tracks. Critics especially find the iDJ2’s vast connectivity options—iPods, memory sticks, USB drives, microphones, CD players, turntables—not to mention it’s the iDJ2’s extreme portability.
