Vestax VCI-100

The Vestax VCI-100 is a piece of middle-end DJ equipment. It features adjustable curve settings, and 90 assignable parameters. The adjustable curve settings of the VCI-100 are generated within the built-in CPU, which allows the user to set them to whatever they please, even if the software they are using does not support curve settings.

This allows the user to get the most out of software that lacks curve settings, and potentially enhance software that does already. The VCI-100 also has 90 assignable parameters, which let the user set up to 90 different effects to the equipments controls. This enables the user to have a large variety of effects and functions at their disposal, greatly enhancing their performances as a DJ. When compared to another, similar piece of equipment from Vestax, the TR-1, the VCI-100 falls short in some areas, such as a lower number of assignable parameters, and the lack of a shift button.
