Each channel is equipped with a three-band isolator equalizer for full control over low, medium and high frequency ranges, with an added "Trim" knob for quick individual volume adjustment. Large "ALPS" macro pots provide superior torque and grip levels for adjustments that are responsive and accurate, with the included CF-RUS crossfader functioning similarly. Headphone monitoring can be auditioned via the mixer's "Master" and "Cue" functions, allowing users to confirm the out-board sound of their mix while maintaing fader controls. "Curve Control" provides users with a soft or sharp customization over the curve of their crossfader, and the dual-panel construction of the unit means that pot and fader replacements can be accomplished without risking damage to the internal circuitry. Detachable rack ears are included that allow the 002XLu to function as a rack mixer within a 19-inch enclosure, and balanced XLR outputs provide high-quality ports for microphone and live instrument compatibility. In addition, this model also includes an RCA output jack that enables live set recording with multiple options for stereo assignability.
